In accordance with the regulations of North Central Electric Cooperative, the board of directors gave notice that the cooperative would hold its 90th Annual Meeting of Members on June 9, 2026, at 6 p.m. via Zoom. Information regarding this year's annual meeting was available in the May and June issues of Ohio Cooperative Living magazine.
The purpose of the annual meeting is to hear reports of officers and management and to conduct such other business as may properly come before the membership.
Registration was required prior to the annual meeting. A $25 bill credit will be given to all pre-registered members who also attended the live meeting. Only one credit per member.
