To transfer/disconnect a current North Central Electric account members can stop in at the office, call by phone or utilize the "contact us" feature in SmartHub. Members will need their account number or meter number before the transaction can occur. Also required is a forwarding address and the date in which the member would like to have the account transferred/disconnected. Transfers/disconnection are not conducted on weekends or major holidays.
