North Central Electric Cooperative is pleased to provide the use of the Cooperaitve Community Room to the public. The calendar below is available for informational purposes to see if the date(s) you desire is available.

You may use the form below to submit a request to use the Community Room. Submission of this form does not confirm your reservation. Requests received during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) will be responded to within 48 hours. Requests received outside of normal business hours will be responded to on the next business day.

NOTE: Reservations are limited to 120 days (four months) in the future.

Room is available starting at 7:00 a.m. daily.
Allow time for setting up the room before your event.

Latest time available is 11:00 pm.
Allow time for cleaning the room after your event.

Submission of this request does not confirm your reservation.  A contract will be developed and must be signed before use is confirmed.  Requests received during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) will be responded to within 48 hours. Requests received outside of normal business hours will be responded to on the next business day. 

Upon receipt of request, a representative will contact you to confirm details and availability and to set up a time to sign the rental agreement contract.
