North Central Electric Cooperative was notified today (Dec. 8) its December bills were being mailed to its members Tuesday, Dec. 8, which is about one week behind schedule. The vendor, which processes the cooperative’s bills, cited a production issue as the cause.

As a result, the cooperative’s billing due date has been pushed back from Dec. 15 to Thursday, Dec. 24 in order to avoid a late fee.

Members who signed up to receive their electronic bills through SmartHub were not affected.
